PARANA, Brazil -- A tiny village in Brazil found an unwelcome guest: an 18-foot anaconda.
Residents found the snake hiding behind an abandoned house in the village of Parana.Police were quickly called to the scene because residents were fearful the snake would eat local children.It took seven men to move the 200-pound snake to a truck. It was then taken to a nearby zoo.Experts said it is rare to find anacondas in that particular region of Brazil. The snake is more commonly found along the Amazon River.
