LOS ANGELES -- A fight led to a fatal shooting near the Beverly Center on Saturday night.Video| Images The shooting outside a Norms restaurant near Beverly and La Cienega boulevards occurred at about 11:30 p.m., and police detained nine people, according to reports from the scene. KNBC reported that none of those detained was identified as a suspect.
The area is in a pocket of Los Angeles bordered by Beverly Hills and West Hollywood. The shooting occurred following an underground "Red Level" party, KNBC reported. A male, 17 or 18 years old, was found fatally wounded in an alley near the restaurant.
